The following booking policy is agreed to by clients who book and attend any of the services at Naoshinasai:

  • Bookings can be made via telephone call, whatsapp or email. The contact details for bookings are: 011 615 36 29, 074 9569 240 or neville@reikisouthafrica.co.za.
  • Bookings must be made in advance so as to check for availability.
  • Once a booking has been made, clients will receive a booking confirmation via whatsapp or sms indicating the time, date and location of the booking. 
  • Last minute bookings are difficult to accommodate due to the high volume of bookings. Clients will however be kept informed about any cancellations and slots that do become available.
  • Clients who arrive late for bookings will need to rebook if they are 30 minutes late.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the time of the bookings.
  • For clients that have prepaid and need to cancel, Naoshinasai will send you a voucher for the amount paid that you will be able to use at Naoshinasai at a later stage when you are able to attend your session.
  • For no show clients that have prepaid, a voucher will be sent to you. The voucher will be valid for 30 days. 
  • Naoshinasai’s practitioner will not take on any requests outside of a client’s session. Clients are required to wait until their booked time for any further questions, treatments and insights into their process. The practitioner has other clients that need to be attended to and disturbing their time is considered unethical.  
  • For telephonic consultations and distant healing, client will be required to pay before the session takes place.  A booking confirmation with payment details will be sent to the client.  Once the payment is received, Naoshinasai will send the client a payment confirmation via email, WhatsApp or text to confirm payment.  If payments are not received before the session commences, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
